Right Foods Natural A2 Cow Ghee is derived from pure A2 milk produced by Gir cows found in the Gujrat region of India. All milk is not the same, and A2 milk is considered to be the most nutrient rich milk, with 9 Essential Vitamins and Minerals. A2 milk has many nutrients like Vitamin A, D, and B12. It also contains phosphorous, potassium, and riboflavin. The cows aren’t given any growth hormones or antibiotics to increase the output of milk and every drop is pure and natural. Our A2 Natural Cow Ghee contains only A2 beta-casein (protein) is called A2 Ghee. Similar to our Natural Cow Ghee our A2 Gir Cow Ghee is also made traditionally using the Bilona Process, where ghee is made first by converting milk into dahi, churning the dahi at room temperature to yield traditional deshi makkhan or butter, clarifying the traditional butter after some period of storage and conversion into ghee by boiling it continuously until the water evaporates leaving behind pure ghee. What's left is lactose-free, casein-free, and shelf-stable cooking oil that becomes solid at room temperature. A2 milk ghee is one of the most easily digestible dairy fat. Quick & easy Ghee cookies - Stir together 1/2 cup of Natural A2 Cow Ghee and 1 Tsp vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until well blended, then add 1 cup of our Right Foods whole wheat sharbati flour, 1/2 cup white sugar sulphur free, 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder and 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt. Now knead it to form a soft dough. Divide into equal portions, rolling each one into a ball and placing it on the baking sheet as you work. Garnish with Right Foods' organic cashewnuts and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or just until set, showing no signs of brown around the edges. Ghee cookies ready. These cookies can be enjoyed by all, however are extremely notorious for growing kids.
