Cover and soak the brown chana in water for over 8 hours or overnight and then presurre cook until tender. Add chopped onions, chillies, tomatoes, coriander to these cooked chana and season with chilli powder, himlayan salt and chaat masala, a super healthy and delicious chana chaat is ready!
