The Right Tip-
Moth Whole should be soaked for upto 6-8 hours or even better overnight. Take a spin on the famous Maa Ki Daal, the original recipe calls for Urad Whole but you may replace that with Moth Whole and follow the same recipe. Switching lentils helps maintain a balance diet and also a nice change in taste.
