Sharbati whole wheat is ground to a fine powder using the best quality grains, thus containing a good intake of fibre, protien and vitamins.

Sharbati Wheat have less water content in them, you may need to add a little more water while kneading your dough. Adding more moisture makes chapttis, rotis, and paranthas made from sharbati wheat flour softer and fluffier.
