Return policy of Food Products

At Right food, we take pride in providing high-quality food products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Here is our return policy for food products:

Expired Products:

- If you receive a product that has expired, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
- We will provide a full refund or replace the product with a fresh one, whichever you prefer.

Unsealed Packages:

- If you receive a product with an unsealed package, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will provide a full refund or replace the product with a fresh one, whichever you prefer.

Conditions for Returns:

- Products must be returned in their original packaging, if possible.
- Products must not be consumed or partially consumed.
- Products must be returned within the specified timeframe (3 days for expired products and 24 hours for unsealed packages).

Refund Process:

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Exceptions:

- We do not accept returns for products that have been intentionally damaged or tampered with.
- We do not accept returns for products that are not in their original packaging.
